Five decadent teardrop truffles made with Bookcliff Vineyard’s Encore late harvest Zinfandel. All natural.

Ingredients: Bittersweet and semisweet chocolates (cocoa liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin [soy],natural vanilla), heavy cream (cream, milk, carageenan), zinfandel wine, butter (cream, natural flavors, salt), invert sugar, glucose syrup, natural coloring made from cocoa butter, red cabbage and natural colorants.
