Lift “Enjoy By” Dates

Please enjoy our Lift Signature Truffle Boxes within 3 weeks of receipt. All other packages will have an “Enjoy By” date applied.

Lift Chocolate Shipping Protection

We have thought of every detail to ensure that your chocolate arrives as pristine as when it departed our facility.  First, we use divider trays to isolate each truffle or molded praline.   Next, we use frozen gel packs and insulation to protect chocolate from heat.  Finally, we use other materials as appropriate to ensure your beautiful box of chocolate is protected.

Physical Addresses Required

We require a United States physical street address, as we are unable to ship to post office boxes.  Please double check address information for accuracy, and include apartment, suite, or unit numbers as appropriate.  All billing, shipping, and payment details must be correct to process your order, and we cannot be held accountable for mistakes in the information provided to us.

Processing Time

We will make every effort to process and ship orders on the next business day following order receipt. There are circumstances where this is not possible, due to hot or forecasted hot departure or destination weather, peak holiday periods, etc. Lift Chocolate reserves the right to make judgment calls on shipping timing in order to protect your order to the utmost. Our sole intent is to deliver the best product possible.

FEDEX

Lift Chocolate utilizes FEDEX, and generally prefers two-day shipping. We are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control (weather, mechanical issues, etc.)  Expect an email confirmation with a tracking number once your package has been processed. Please track your package, and be on the lookout for delivery so your chocolate isn’t left outside in the elements.

Refunds, replacements, etc.

We are tremendously proud of our beautiful, tasty chocolates, and our number one priority is your happiness with our product.  We guarantee that your chocolate order exits our facility pristine and damage-free.  Should you receive a damaged product, please take a picture of the product and the shipping box with label attached and email orders@liftchocolates.com. This must occur within 48 hours of delivery, or we will assume that our package was delivered in good condition.
